My experience was good! Nice atmosphere and friendly staff. My service was cut short due to my mix up with time booked. My only complaint is my shape is not crisp as I prefer and it obvious. So my suggestion is to make sure you are getting what you like. I’ll go back to see if this improves.

I have been going her for almost 2 years now and love the services I get and my techs. Ella is the best she does amazing nail art and I always get some fun/funky nail designs and we have a blast! The salon is well kept and well ran they all do such an amazing job it is always an amazing time at freecoat concord! I was an avid nail biter and after less than a year my natural nails are strong and healthy (see pics… yes those are my natural nails and they are thick and healthy) 10/10 would recommend all services here.

My experience is free cost Concord is always exceptional. From a perfect customer service experience with Alli on the phone to the warm tea, water, or spirits that are offered while waiting. Melyssa and Rose always get my nails beautiful!! I truly enjoy and can't wait when I pamper myself.

Had an appt for a gel manicure at 3pm was contacted by the staff to come earlier at 2. Arrived at 2 and waited 20 mins for my appt. No I’m sorry for the wait or anything. Received a basic gel manicure. I had been following them on instagram and was super excited to try a new polish they posted for the holiday. It was pretty. That same night two of my nails started lifting and peeling. So I returned that next morning to get them repaired. 3 days after the repair another one of my nails is lifting and peeling. I have never had gel polish not last at least two weeks and I only go to non toxic salons. I reached out to the salon and asked to speak to a manager, left my contact information and no one has contacted me. This was my first time at freecoat and I will not be back. The level of unpr

Love my nails. I got gel extensions and pedicure was a great experience the front desk was so sweet and my nail tech was amazing and gave me exactly what I wanted. They are very clean and I feel relaxed and refreshed definitely recommend this salon to my local concord girls
