Frederic & Kimberly's AVEDA Concept Salon

Today, I visited the salon for the first time. What a wonderful experience. Welcomed at the door by name. I was gifted a spa package; manicure, pedicure with reflexology and facial. I can say that they provide true customer service. The incredible detail for the services performed were OUTSTANDING! Kimberly is an Angel. Frederick, inquired on how I enjoyed my visit….the only answer is Wonderful. I now will call them to schedule for my hair.

I cannot recommend this place enough! From the moment you get to the front door to when you leave the salon you feel so special due to their professionalism and attentiveness. They give every single customer their full attention and make you feel like one of a kind. I told Frederic to do what he thinks is best with my hair and it looks absolutely fabulous. Before he made any change to my hair he let me know exactly what he was doing with great detail. I left with a HUGE smile on my face 😊 If you’re in the Southwest Michigan area, I highly recommend giving this salon a visit. I live in Minneapolis and came home for Christmas and needed to cut and dye my hair so I’ll be coming back to Michigan to get my hair done from now on thanks to Frederic!

I have known Frederic and Kimberly for most of my life, they are amazing people and are truly dedicated to the work they both do. If you’re a perfectionist you will love them. The attention to detail and the quality of effort they put into every guest is the same across the board, and it shows with the confidence you have walking out of their salon. Kimberly’s nails are amazing and she makes sure that they are exactly what I wanted before I leave. They without a doubt give 💯% and I love that they greet everyone with a bright smile and a feeling of comfort when you walk in!

I had a great experience at Frederick and Kimberley’s! What really impressed me when I entered was the immaculate condition of the salon, customer service and the friendly atmosphere. After a consultation Frederick created a perfect haircut for me. It was an absolute pleasure to have my hair done by someone who is a master and also enjoys what he does!

Frederic’s genius and craft are in tailoring cut and color to a unique style that is manageable and rarely looks grown out. His knowledge about hair type and proper maintenance has you leaving the salon with more than a great look—you leave with a new appreciation for the hair you have and insight to better hair care. The salon has a professional grace for servicing clients and their families- my kids love the staff! I frequently get asked about my hair, “It’s so blonde! It’s so healthy!” Finding Frederic & Kimberly was like striking gold!
