Frans Organic Bodycare - (Towson Mall)

Small kiosk near the mall escalator selling skincare, jewelry, and incense. I’ve bought incense twice. The scents are strong, but when first lit they produce heavy black smoke and soot. All of the incense sticks look the same, with no way to tell scents apart at home. I asked for separate bags for different scents and was told only one bag per purchase. I also suggested color-coding the incense for identification. Better labeling and packaging would improve the experience.

I’ve been a loyal customer for years and even make the drive just to shop here — but lately, it seems I’m only racking up miles instead of products! Each visit, my favorites are out of stock and I leave empty-handed.

I have been a customer since i believe 2019. I recommended others to this product. I truly loved their deodorants. However the customer service through their social media or even their website "contact us" portal has been TERRIBLE. I have reached out multiple times over the years and have never gotten a response. Most recently I reached out in October of 2024 regarding their tin program, as I mailed in tins to receive the free products and I never received a response about if it was picked up even though my tracking said its still waiting at the PO box address. I cannot continue to support a business that does not respect their customer enoigh to respond, especially after that customer has spent hundreds of their hard working dollars on that business. I absolutely love these products, especially the deodorant and privates wash. Exfoliant scrubs smell so wonderful. Highly recommend these products.

I brought the deodorant and body scrub. I am so pleased with purchase, the quality as well as the smell. I use the scrub when I am showering and it makes my skin so soft. The deodorant stays fresh literally all day and has lasted me about a month now. Oh and not to mention the customer service I came as the mall was closing and the lady still took her time and was extremely helpful. Will definitely be back!
