Obsessed with the new look! 💅 The new management brought in so many trendy colors and the latest charms and stones. Esther nailed the design I wanted perfectly! 100% coming back for sure.

I have been visiting Franklin nail and spa for more than two years. I love that they are very organized and clean. Jennie is my go to person for my gel filled nails. Love this place!

Today we had an appointment at 11:40 am for a mani/pedi. My house pedicure was good until they moved me to a manicure table before applying the colored coat… I thought they’d add color at the table but they never did, so now my toes look unfinished. While waiting to have my manicure done, they moved me to 3 different tables until one lady finally started taking off the old dip powder manicure I had (it was 1:30 pm at this point). After removing the polish on my fingers, she told me to go to another table and wait since she had “someone else with an appointment to take care of”… I was very frustrated to see that they were taking so many other people to do their manicures before even finishing mine. It was even more frustrating since I had an appointment at 11:40 am. At 1:50 pm while waiting

The staff were so cheerful and friendly, which made the whole experience really pleasant. They were incredibly detail-oriented with the nail art, and I was very satisfied with the results. I think I’ll be coming here for all my future nails!

Outstanding nail salon! The staff is warm and welcoming. They are very accommodating and do a wonderful job on my nails. Joanne is so amazing, talented, and detail-oriented. Would 100% recommend this place! They’re the best nail salon I’ve ever been to! *editing review to add pics!
