They don’t know how to do a blow dry, they want to use the flat iron and when you let them know you are not happy with their service they don’t try to give good customer service, they try to kill you with kindness but in business that doesn’t work if you really don’t care about your customers, sorry!. If you want your hair to be flat and no volume this is your place to go, otherwise find another place. Too expensive and really disappointed service!

I would totally recommend this salon, the care and the service is beyond great!!! The knowledge about color and what looks good with you is just amazing. They make sure they don’t damage your hair, they really care about you. They never failed me when I want to change or do anything to my hair. I’m so glad I found them thank you Jenny.

First time, I give this shop and Mrs Francis 💯 🌟's. but I have been to others and nobody, nobody is good as she is( Ms Francis) she did my hair so beautiful it was very nice, and it is very clean there, she took her time, she was so sweet pleasant and polite, everyone there had a smile, u couldn't see it with the mask on, but u can feel the warmness and kindness, Mrs.Francis is my hairdresser now and her co-worker was very nice too, love them both
