Absolutely loved my hair cut. Definitely would recommend Fiona, the stylist who cut my hair. She listened to my requirements patiently understood what exactly I wanted, was kind enough to give suggestions and cut my hair exactly the way I wanted it to be cut. Also they have something called a price lock, so if you do go back again in the Same years there is a discount as well. Definitely going back for a cut again!!! So upsetting…won a very decent amount gift card at a bridal show months ago. Don’t remember the gentleman’s name, but was not welcoming at all. Had spoken to him and said I had a hairstylist already in mind, however winning a gift card of that amount was making me change my mind. Whether or not I was to use this salon, you treat customers with kindness and interest no matter what. Never called me back after giving my information like I was told. Was not kind as I was walking away with rude looks and very quick words didn’t seem interested to have me as a client to begin with. Just overall very disappointed and upset with the quick interaction I had and the no contact afterwards.

Edited to add: I see that the business replied that I called and they let me know I could come in for it to be fixed, so I need to clarify that I never spoke with anyone about this, and it must have been someone else they are thinking of. I did not bother to call about my haircut or a potential fix, so perhaps that's on me, but I would not have wanted to go back in. I received a haircut recently with a trim and some long layers. The layers I received are quite choppy and do not look intentional - they look pretty raggedy truthfully. I'm telling myself it is just hair and will grow back, but it is a huge bummer and will take me some time to grow out my hair to fix things, without having to cut off another 3 or so inches. TLDR: do not support nasty people!! I had a Groupon for a haircut. I tried to call and email multiple times this past week to make an appointment, but I received no response. So I made a booking online. When I got there this morning, Ben Mitrano, the stylist, told me he won't accept the Groupon because he is a "master stylist," and the Groupon is for a normal stylist (who is no longer available). He charges more for his so-called "mastery." The Groupon made no distinction. They did not let me know in advance so I biked all the way there in the rain. I was respectful at first, but Ben was very rude and kept arguing. He said I was changing my story when I said I called then said I emailed, when in reality I did both.
