The attention was spectacular. Even though I had a gel appointment, they didn't have a problem accommodating a pedi and a hair wash and blow out. I don't remember the name of the gentleman, but he did an amazing job with my nails, very delicate. And the hair wash was also excellent. They got it very fresh and clean. I'm definitely coming back! Fair price for a well-done job

Terrible experience last Sunday. While getting a gel manicure, the manicurist repeatedly told me I had very bad nails. During my pedicure, I was made to bleed and it was so painful I had to tell her to stop. I had also booked a 30 minute chair massage but after my pedicure was done I found out they had just given my appointment away to someone without an appointment and they expected me to wait 20 minutes. I refused and decided to leave rather than wait. When she charged me, she charged me twice! I had to show her my bank statement and she refused to pay me and insisted on giving me a gift certificate. Would NOT recommend for hijabi women. I’m a hijabi, which means I follow religious guidelines that do not allow men to see my hair. Before booking, I called Foxy Salon in advance to clearly explain this — I asked if they had a private space where no men would be present, and they confidently told me yes. When I arrived, they led me to a small washroom near the entrance where two male stylists were right there, in front of the wash sinks. I was shocked — I had specifically stated no men could be present, and they assured me on the phone it was fine. If they had simply been upfront and told me they didn’t have a private setup, I would have understood and gone elsewhere. But instead, they misled me, which wasted my time and put me in an uncomfortable situation. I ended up skipping the wash
