Extremely poor customer service, older asian lady will harass you all around the store if you are a black women in your 20’s-30’s , they force you to spend $5 if paying with a card which is illegal and a poor business practice

After being a customer for over 5 years, I needed an exchange for the first time because I bought the wrong hair. Asian older lady thats the manager had a bad attitude with me over an exchange. I had my receipt it’s not like I asked for a refund. They have no black women working there to even give advice on the best quality hair. Trust me it’s better places in Houston to spend your money! Definitely won’t be returning!
