Four Seasons Spa

This place is a hidden gem. The spa is beautifully maintained and very peaceful. My massage therapist was skilled, attentive, and knew exactly how to work out all the tension. I felt cared for from start to finish. If you’re looking for a high-quality massage and a relaxing experience, this is the place to go. Highly recommended!

I live in this neighborhood and I’m so happy we have a place like this around. I came once in the summer when the AC happened to be broken, and the staff gave me a no-expiration discount voucher, which was super nice of them. Today I walked by on my way home and decided to give it another shot, and it honestly didn’t disappoint. The place feels warm and cozy, and the therapist is so professional, and people are so kind! Highly recommend! I’ll definitely be coming back a lot!

This place is a certified dump. For starters the therapists are far below average skill-wise and they don't even pay attention to your requests and physical needs. They only focus on one area of the back and completely neglect other areas of your body, yet I asked for a "full body" massage. The rooms are terrible. There's no way to dim the lighti in the massage rooms, and the pillows are cheap and poorly made. The front desk person Winnie is also especislly very nasty. Please go support other superior spas in the neighborhood, not this one.

I started coming to Four Seasons Spa when they first opened this location a while ago. Joy (who you book with) is attentive, friendly, and responsive. I normally come for a 90 min full body massage with cupping once a month. This is a clean and relaxing environment and I will continue to be a loyal customer!

Best massage on the upper east side! My shoulders have been tight for weeks, and now they’re totally loose. Will definitely come back weekly!
