FOUNTAIN HILLS NAILS

I was pleasantly surprised at the amazing nails I got. I only did gel on my natural nails but he replicated the picture and what I asked for perfectly. I was difficult and asked for different colors than the picture I gave and the man who did my nails ate up. I’m not from the fountain hills area and I am only here for Christmas. He did amazing and all of the regulars who were in there seemed to love their nail techs. Highly recommend!!! My mom got a normal manicure and paid $25 and my manicure with designs was $65! Very affordable!

Dropped in for a pedicure during the Fountain Hills Art Festival weekend, and even with how busy everything was, the team at Fountain Hills Nails made it work. They were able to fit me and two others in for a midday self-care break without any wait or confusion, which was a surprise given how packed the town was. As a guy, I appreciated how welcoming the space felt. No awkwardness, no weird vibe - just a clean, professional salon that handled things efficiently. The pedicure itself was solid. The soak was warm, the cuticle work was careful, and everything felt unrushed even with a full appointment book. Chairs were comfortable, and the place was well-kept throughout. Extremely poor quality... The staff was kind and the salon is beautiful but I won’t be returning. Cuticles nicked on both toes and hands. Polish applied sloppily and too thick in some places. Leaving bumpy looking nails. Top coat on hands doesn’t cover all of the polish in multiple places. Some spots on my hands had super thick spots that didn’t dry for almost an hour so they inevitably got messed up. Sadly it’ll be $130 and two hours down the drain because I need to get these redone. I could do a better job myself but I prefer going to professionals. This place does not hire professionals.

I showed Lee a picture of what I’d found online ash’s she did this great pink/white ombre for me. Awesome!! Wonderful job in a soothing environment. We’ll priced and very clean! I had to wait a minute but then my nails were done so fast!! Like really fast!! Love the text confirmation of my appointment too. Findinga new salon is so stressful. The people here made it easy. Had to do aneutral color for work. Will update photos when I pick someone more bold. Coming back here again!

I'm not from the area, but I was on a trip last week and I needed to get my nails re-polished. I am utterly disgusted with the results of my nails. Within an hour of leaving the salon, the top coat started to peel and the nails had cracks in them on the same day. I didn't have time to go back because I was on a trip with other people and we had a schedule to stick to. I should have kept the polish that I had before I arrived. At least the polish still looked good. I was highly disappointed. I paid $45 and I gave a tip! My nails should not look like this 6 days later. Again, the polish started to chip on the same day!
