The business displays a sign indicating that walk-ins are accepted; however, my experience did not reflect this. Upon entering, there was nobody at the front desk, however there was a staff member laying on chairs. She asked if I had an appointment, and I explained that I did not, as I was interested in the manicure and pedicure special advertised along with the walk-ins sign that was outside. I was then informed that services are by appointment only and that only two manicurists were available. When I asked whether any appointments were available that day, I was told that the next available appointment was tomorrow. As a result, I left feeling frustrated due to the inconsistency between the posted sign and the information provided.

I have nothing but rave reviews for them, they took me in when every other salon in Miami was closed for the evening. I was begging them to take off my old spread nails (from a month and a half before) and they did without hesitation. They then filed and buffed my own nails and repainted them to give them this beautiful look. They were all so kind, so amazing, I am quite literally obsessed with these ladies and their sense of humor. We had such a great time, I’m so grateful for them taking me. They’re also super affordable, they’re super professional, the place is clean and the staff are awesome. I genuinely can’t recommend this place enough.
