Absolutely 5 stars! This nail salon is truly a gem. The customer service from Ana is exceptional — everyone is friendly, patient, and makes you feel taken care of from the moment you walk in. They really listen to what you want and make sure you leave happy. The nail polish color selection is AMAZING — so many shades, finishes, and brands to choose from. I love that they always have the newest trends and classic colors available. My nails came out flawless, and the whole experience was relaxing and enjoyable. I had a very disappointing experience today at Forever Yeung in Hammocks. I scheduled an appointment for 1:00 PM and even arrived early at 12:20 PM, letting the staff know I was happy to wait until my scheduled time. To my surprise, there was only one manicurist working in the entire salon, and she had just begun a manicure and pedicure for a child. I assumed she’d be done by 1:00. However, around 12:50, I overheard the child’s mother say it was now her turn — for both hands and feet as well. I politely asked the manicurist what time I should return as I could tell she would not be done by my appt time and she told me to come back at 1:20 PM at the latest. When I returned at 1:30 PM, the same manicurist had just started working on the mother’s nails — no polish was even applied yet. Not
