This was my second haircut with Jay, and I’m officially hooked! I’m very particular about my layers—especially high layers—and after trying several salons around Soho and the Upper East Side, I was always left a little disappointed… until I found Jay. He completely nailed my first haircut, so much so that I even booked an appointment for my mom! (She had to cancel last minute due to travel plans, and Jay was incredibly understanding and accommodating—it really shows his professionalism and kindness.) I got a Qiqi treatment with Randy and it was truly the best salon experience I’ve ever had. She listened to everything I wanted for my hair and spent the entire appointment teaching me how to take care of it, maintain it, and grow it out. She explained every step of what she was doing and why, which made me feel so confident that I could take care of my hair myself between visits and know I’ll always be in great hands when I come back.
