Forever Nails

So....I've been here before with decent results but today I paid $47 before tip for someone to basically paint my toenails. The massage chair was broken, my nails were bare and already shaped before I arrived (I have long nail beds so I do that myself prior to all my pedis). I was expecting maybe a better massage or clean up of my cuticles but all i really got was my toes painted and some lotion and hot towels on my legs. The massage from the tech was lacking as there was absolutely NO FOOT massage at all, very little leg massage and no massage from the chair either. I will be finding another place moving forward.

Nails broke in less then 10 days. Went back to get it fixed and one of the nails was actually lifting and she just super glued it down and was told I needed a fresh set.They don't even keep a bottle of lotion out for coustmers to use after nail services.

The salon is very clean and the atmosphere is nice, this is the only reason I am giving them 2 stars. I got a new set of acrylics, I know that each place does their acrylics different however I have been getting acrylics done for 5+ years and I have never gotten my acrylics done the way they did them here, but I decided to trust their process (which was a mistake). They used plastic nail tips which was a good start, but only used powders, no monomer, while building up the acrylic. I also got cut multiple times by the drill and nail file that was used. After my set was finished I payed and left, upon looking at the set last night and today I noticed multiple mistakes. The nails are very slanted and all different shapes. I went to get a fill, no complaints.Broke a nail, no worries- came back to get it fixed by the same lady who did my fill. Since the nail cracked in half, I figured she’d take the nail off and start again since it was French and it was clearly damaged. But no- all that was done was glue, and a clear dip on top. I’m disappointed in the lack of care taken for customers.

My favorite nail salon in the area. Everyone is very nice and professional. I've never had a bad experience in the just about 8 yrs that I've been coming here. I always get someone different too. So I recommend them all. ❤️
