The Imperial Salon & Spa in Indian Harbour Beach is simply amazing. I absolutely love my salon in Columbus Ohio so it was important for me to find a salon that was equal. Excellent people, great vibe, broad choice of options that are reasonably priced. That is what I found here. It absolutely exceeded expectations! My Apres X Gel nails and nail art by Melissa are spectacular. The brow wax by Lauren is perfect. My hair color and blow-dry with Jojo blew me away. A lady approached me while I was at a restaurant and asked me where I got my hair done because she thought that it looked so amazing. I want to give a HUGE thank you to imperial salon and the Staff there! I’m so happy how my hair came out! Hospitality was amazing! Very welcoming and clean environment. But Let me tell you guys it took me YEARS to find some one I could trust with my hair and the vision I had for it, but I must say Elizabeth did her Thing!! I couldn’t have had picked a better person to do my hair. I highly recommend her. Her personality was great and very welcoming and understanding with everything I wanted done. Thank you so much.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had such an amazing experience with Fran for my facial! From the moment I arrived, she made me feel completely comfortable. She took the time to ask thoughtful, clarifying questions to make sure I was relaxed and that the treatment met my needs. Her room was warm and inviting, with calming music that made the whole experience even more peaceful. You can truly tell she cares about her clients and the quality of her work. My skin felt incredible afterward, and I left feeling refreshed and pampered. Highly recommend Fran if you’re looking for a wonderful facial experience!

I want to give a raving review for Jojo. She did an absolutely stellar job on my "Women's Cut and Finish". I have long, super straight asian hair. I asked for lots of layers and face framing (almost long bangs). I gave her a vision and she delivered perfectly. Will only be going back to her!!!

I’ve been going to my hairstylist, Elizabeth, for the past two years, and I truly couldn’t imagine trusting anyone else with my hair. From my first appointment, she has taken the time to really listen to what I wanted, offer honest advice, and make sure I felt completely comfortable. Every visit feels so welcoming and professional, and I always leave feeling more confident than when I walked in! Not only is she incredibly talented with color and styling, but she's also so consistent, detail-oriented, and genuinely cares about making sure I have amazing hair! I never had a consistent hair salon or stylist before, and I genuinely can’t recommend Elizabeth enough!
