Forever Beauty Supply 207th Street

DO NOT GO HERE. GO ANY WHERE ELSE .. INCLUDING ACROSS THE STREET. Refused a service dog entry. Refused to listen to reason or that tge ada does allow for service dog entry anywhere public is allowed and store keeps doors wide open for the public.

I was a loyal customer here for over 6 years, but the service has gone downhill. I was once followed around the store as if I were going to steal, and on another visit I was overcharged for items I didn’t buy and was refused a refund. After giving it another chance, I still had a negative experience. Sadly, I’ll no longer shop here and will take my business to Melissa’s Beauty Supply across the street.

I used to love this store a lot but the new hires they have here is just very inconsiderate they do not speak English they are rising prices on things that’s insane and I can get at target for cheaper. Been going here for 5 years and sad to say they have lost my business for sure

This place is super racist & it is extremely sad because i grew up and spent my whole life on 207 street. I was a 90's kid & it isnt how it is today.. WE WAS OUTSIDE !!!.. You hear me? So everyone on the blocks knew who i or my mom was. My mom has been living there for over 30 years which is crazy because thats the only hair supply shop until you get to dyckman, So that was the one we used the most. I remember always playing with their orange cat(even going in on passing just to play with him), my mom sending me down for lip liner, tights, lipstick, etc.... But as a child i didnt see the racism until i got a bit older.. It's sad they are the racist kind that would gladly take our money but when we want a refund it seems like there is an issue when they accepts refunds. They will follow yo

Says they close at 7:15 on Sundays but I just went at 6 pm and it’s closed. Change your hours or stay the extra hour.
