Forest Nails & Spa Lake Zurich IL

I went to VIP nails before it was forest and moved so it wasn’t as convenient to get my nails done as before when I lived in lake Zurich! I went back recently and was impressed with the salon! Very clean and the customer service is by far the best that I’ve experienced in any nail salon! It was also nice to see a familiar face when I got my mani/ pedicure! Lucy did an amazing job on my dip manicure! Everyone who works here is beyond nice and helpful.

Katrina is awesome! She does a great job! She inspires relaxation and when I go for a pedicure I go to relax and read or listen to music.

The staff are just awesome and friendly. I brought a friend who has dementia and the staff were so kind to her. We both loved our pedicures and the hot stones. My friend loves her manicure.

Super cute place with a great aesthetic! You would never guess from he outside but it’s so well decorated and designed on the inside. Very chic. However, I came in to get a gel manicure and I lucked out (sort of) that they had one last opening before they closed. I think my nail tech was rushing or the gel was poor quality because when I left and got in my car, I immediately noticed there were what looked almost like dents in the nails and bubbles as well as missed spots that showed a lack of attention to detail. When I was checking out, my tech asked me if I had cash, which I said no since I didn’t and never carry cash and then when the tip was mentioned, she once again asked if I had cash which is just so so tacky. Went to Forest Nails today for the first time and had a great experience! The ambiance in the lobby is lovely, lots of Dazzle Dry colors to chose from, clean, very comfortable environment and reasonably priced. Bella did a beautiful job on my manicure and I can’t wait to see how long it lasts!!
