From the moment you walk in, you’re welcomed with exceptional customer service—warm greetings and thoughtful offers of tea or water that immediately make you feel comfortable. I had my appointment with Lexus, and she was absolutely amazing. She took the time to really listen and made sure she understood exactly how I wanted my hair cut. She also explained the process clearly, which made me feel confident and at ease. Her attention to detail and professionalism truly stood out. Kim cut my hair for the first time today and it was phenomenal. I wanted to cut off 8+ inches and she did exactly that. From washing my hair and the warm towel to the collaboration with the cut, I was very impressed. I will definitely be back!

Today was the best I have ever been treated at this salon. The reception person, Max, was so delightful and welcoming. My stylist Lili gave me another beautiful cut. The brow person listened to me and I walked out with perfect brows.
