Forbidden Nails Studio

Over priced and poorly executed nails. I would not recommend going here unless you have a specific person. I wanted soaked off my previous-instead she ripped the nails off leaving my real nails messed up! I requested French tip Coffin. Paint is chipped not fully colored in the white parts. The under layer was supposed to be pink for French tips but it’s c thru. $80 is crazy!

First off this is a positive review and I absolutely LOVE this place. Though I’ve only been to this salon one other time, today was my second visit, I have yet to be unhappy. The first time I took my daughter with me and we had our nails done. They turned out perfectly. I have tried other places around town and was never fully satisfied with the look of my nails and service at other locations does NOT compare to this salon. My second visit today was only a pedicure. I really wanted to go into the salon and be able to relax and just have me time. I was not disappointed during this visit. From start to paying, I was relaxed and calm. The ambiance of this location is peaceful annd relaxing. It isn’t loud or cramped. There’s plenty of space between pedicure chairs. Plenty of space to move arou

The reason I even gave 1 star is because the place is beautiful when you walk in. Unfortunately, that is where the beauty ends. The tech burned me multiple times while removing the old polish, then when they were grinding down the acrylic my cuticles were cut multiple times, and that’s the pain of it. I was never asked if I wanted a design they just started polishing my nails after putting on the acrylic overlay, which is very thick on some nails and paper thin on others. The overlay is uneven goes around some nails doesn’t cover all of some nails, same thing with the polish. I’ve had bad nails before, but I don’t think I’ve ever had them this bad.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Normally great but went today and got a pedicure. Was cut really bad on big toe and still paid full price plus tip. When I asked for a refund was told “no that just happens sometimes” like what???? Never going back again and the pedicure wasn’t even good quality for the price.

Very unprofessional and did a sloppy job. I asked for a price before I got started and told them what kind of polish I wanted. Ended up paying $120 when it was supposed to be $105. The guy who did my feet lied and said I wanted gel so he charged me extra. My first and last time going there. They did nothing to fix the issue and need some English translators there ! Highly do not recommend!
