Footlax Day Spa

I had an amazing experience at Footlax Day Spa in Milpitas on Main Street! I got a full body massage and the Deluxe Facial with all the works — absolutely worth it. The setting is very clean, fresh, and relaxing, and it smells wonderful the moment you walk in. The ambiance has a nice, spa-like feel that instantly puts you at ease. The facial products felt so refreshing, and my skin looked and felt incredible afterward — I was left with a glow I haven’t seen in a long time! The customer service was top-notch; everyone was welcoming, friendly, and had genuine smiles. You can tell the staff take pride in making their guests feel comfortable and cared for. Cleanliness is very important to me, and this place exceeded my expectations. It’s also conveniently located with plenty of easy parking.

This was the worst massage experience I’ve ever had. I was on a business trip and chose this place hoping to relax because I was extremely tired. Instead, I encountered a very unprofessional massage therapist. Although the shop environment looked acceptable at first glance, the bed sheets were actually very dirty. The massage therapist clearly did not know how to perform a proper massage—the techniques were completely incorrect and made me feel very uncomfortable. He also touched my buttocks during the massage, which made me feel extremely offended and unsafe. Has this massage therapist received any professional training before being allowed to work? I seriously question whether he is qualified to provide massage services. I intend to file a complaint with the relevant authorities regard

The massage was nice but the massage therapist massaged my feet and then went to massage my face afterwards! Yuck! I don’t have fungus but that’s completely unhygienic as I was barefoot in the room before hopping onto the massage table. God knows what’s on the floors. Went home and showered immediately.

went for foot maassage but felt like she was alraedy tired and did not put much efforts. i dnt feel relaxed after the massage whcih was 1 hour… also with respective to cleanliness i dnt feel much comfortable

This is your typical Chinese foot massage place, where most of the people there have no idea what they’re doing. I should have known… I booked a 30 minute foot massage in the communal room and the massage (if you can call it that) was just so bad. It was not worth the $30+ they charged, not even $3. The male “therapist” that was assigned to me spent 25 minutes rubbing my feet. Zero pressure applied. I was naive enough to think that the session would get better, but 10 minutes into the foot rub I realized I wasn’t going to get anything more. They also considered soaking time (~5 minutes) as a part of the massage so the whole session was really only 25 minutes long.
