Nice massage, not relaxing workers talking loud the whole time to each other, right in my ear as she's giving back massage. Workers not understanding English very well. I wont go back

Owner cheated me and is horribly rude. I bought a new $400 card and had a massage left on my old card so they drew a circle on the new card to give me a credit and when I tried to use it they put an X over the circle and accused me of putting it there!!!!! Not trustworthy-rude and dishonest.

Waste of money. I paid for a one-hour massage but got maybe 10 minutes of a lazy and unprofessional massage. They clearly have no idea what they’re doing and just waste your time. Avoid this place completely.

ZERO STAR !!!! BEWARE AND AVOID THIS PLACE !!!! Owner is rude and has NO customer service. He was answering the phone half the time he was doing my massage and his reason, I am the business owner so I have to answer the phone. When o told him that you should get someone to answer the phone because you need to concentrate on your customer, he became very defensive and SARCASTICALLY apologized. Plus, I know for sure that my massage was cut short. He yelled at me and told me that I don’t have to come! You don’t have to tell me because I will never come back and I will make sure that you will never a get a chance to trick people !!!!!

Staff Lisa talked very loud inside the store while my one hr foot massage was taking. I complained twice, she was more aggressive and yelled afterwards. I made complaint to the owner Tony on the phone. It’s not acceptable.
