Foot Palace Reflexology Massage Spa Athens

I recently visited the spa and had foot reflexology done. The service I received from my therapist was great! However, once I checked out at the front desk, I informed the receptionist that I would be using cash to leave my therapist a tip. I gave the receptionist the money, yet she still charged my credit card for the $10 tip. That is dishonest business, and I will not support a company that is dishonest. She should have been transparent about what was she was doing, but instead she does it without my knowledge or permission. The tip that was charged to my card was refunded, but only after I called them about the charge. I would highly recommend checking your receipt before you leave the place.

I was a returning customer and requested Cherokee based on other reviews. My husband was a first time customer, and I requested Cynthia for him based on customer reviews. We both enjoyed our relaxing unwind session with added CBD/ache foot soak and aromatherapy. We both agree the price is reasonable and a monthly visit would be nice. 🙂

My therapist, Cherokee, was exceptional. You could feel her care, compassion, and true healing energy through every touch. In one hour, she massaged my feet, legs, hands, arms, face, and neck, and somehow managed to make each area feel fully renewed. All for only $42! An incredible experience and an absolute treasure here in Athens. Highly recommend.

Like Cheryl Smith, my wife misplaced her gift certificate. I took the certificate in to the store to see if they would honor it and received a pound sand response. I really do not get the certificate expiring. It is not like you have something to sell that may fluctuate in price. You sell a service. I was prepared to put some more money into get a higher package but after the response I received, I will not be spending my money here. I recommend anyone seeking a spa day look to a more reputable provider.
