Booking an appointment was easy and efficient, the lovely ladies at folch were able to accommodate a last minute Valentine’s Day appointment for two gel manicures. Ismaray provided exceptional cuticle care that was gentle and painless. The entire experience was exactly what I needed after a long work week, the environment is peaceful and calm. Folch is a true high end nail salon that lake worth beach needs. There is a slight language barrier, but with patience and understanding the experience is unlike most salons in the area. Pricing is reasonable, 40 for a gel manicure that leaves you feeling rejuvenated. I will be returning regularly!

The service was incredibly relaxing, the staff was friendly and professional, and everything was very clean and well-organized. My technician paid great attention to detail and made sure my nails looked perfect. My feet feel so soft and refreshed! The space is beautiful, clean, and modern, and the nail techs are genuinely fabulous; they do high-quality work, and my nails always look great. Unfortunately, my last two visits have left me very unhappy, and I’ve decided to take my business elsewhere. The biggest issue is poor appointment management. I book appointments online specifically so I don’t have to wait, but both times I’ve shown up on time only to wait 45+ minutes. I moved here five years ago and was waiting for a salon like this to open, and I am so happy it did.
