Foiled Hair Studio

I’ve been going to Karla at Foiled for over two years now, which is basically a long term commitment. She has never missed. Not once have I left thinking I need to “style it differently” to make it work. It just looks good immediately. Every time. I trust her so much that I can sit down with a vague idea or absolutely no plan and somehow walk out looking put together. Karla is honest in the best way. She’ll tell you what will work, what will not, and how to keep your hair healthy. My hair has never been in better shape, and I have definitely put it through things I dare not speak to any hair stylist. The whole salon has such a good atmosphere too. I had the most lovely experience today! I have not been to a salon in years and im new to Virginia! So I googled a hair salon and so happy I found this place. The owner and the stylist working on my hair were just the loveliest kindest women ever. Not only did I leave looking like a brand new women at a very affordable cost but I also found my new salon that I will be returning to many times!!!!! Thanks again ladies for the beautiful hair

AMAZING!! my mother in law gets her hair done here and we came up for the holidays and decided it was a good time to get a haircut, right as you walk in you can instantly tell all the girls know what they are doing and they will understand what you are asking for! Everyone was so sweet, Teresa was the stylist who cut my hair she listened and took everything I said into consideration, gave me tips for my hair!

Really disappointed to post this since I’ve enjoyed Karla and my colors from her in the past. I had come in to the salon for an all over color. I showed a red tone color which is nothing new for me. I had to pay $30 extra for a bleach and I was confused about that. I was given carrot orange hair. I couldn’t believe it since that’s not the color I showed. Because I had said I didn’t like it. Karla threw some “toner” on it quickly and made the color all uneven. Pretending she fixed it. The Reception was giving me weird looks as if I was the problem. I paid $180 and I was nice enough to still tip. The manager of the salon told me I had a $300 dollar service which is laughable. She only offered to tone my hair and refused to make it darker and I would have to pay more money. If someone doesn’t

This is my favorite place! The studio is so chill and relaxing — it’s truly a little escape every time I visit. Everyone is incredibly kind 🫶🏼, supportive, and welcoming, which makes the whole experience even better. It’s always a pleasure getting my hair done here, and I leave feeling refreshed and taken care of. Highly recommend 👏🏻
