I’ve given Fofanas shops one too many chances. I cannot recommend this business to anyone. Every time I have gone to her, I have gotten the same style. Originally, I was quoted $200. Upon arrival, they upped it to $250. I obliged, because I was understanding and it wasn’t too unreasonable (I regret this decision, I am too nice). Then, when I went back, I was actually prepared to pay the $250, but suddenly the same style was $300? And they still went back and forth with me, but allowed me to pay the $250, however they said next time I return, it would be $300. There will not be a next time! While I was there, I also was hearing other unhappy customers complaining which was just further validation of my own feelings. They cut my hair. The braider, Mama Hana, was not good at doing knotless braids. I asked her to redo a few braids in the front because the braids were bulky and the parts were crooked. She made a fuss, rolled her eyes and told her assistant in her language to take out the braids that I asked to be redone. The assistant cut the braid all the way up near my scalp. She cut a piece of my hair. She then denied doing it and enrolled several other workers in the shop to join her in denying it. Very unprofessional, argumentative environment

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ My experience started off a little rough because the braider was giving me bigger braids than I requested, but they handled it so professionally. They immediately took down the ones I didn’t like and redid them exactly how I wanted. They are fast, friendly, and very accommodating. I got small knotless braids past my butt for only $200 — and hair was included! As soon as I arrived, I was seated and serviced right away. They even allowed my 6-year-old daughter to stay with me during the appointment, which I really appreciated. The whole process only took 5.5 hours, which is amazing for the style and length I got. This is officially my new go-to spot for braids. I’m very satisfied and highly recommend them!

Do not go here, these ladies very unprofessional. I found this ok TikTok and they said 200 any size any length. I called twice and was told yes, when I arrived it’s not. They don’t do any size any length!! Don’t waste gas money or train fair

I called ahead of time and was seated right away. The price is good, and they tell you up front. I sent 14 hours getting my hair done, the only reason it took so long is because one stylist would braid my hair for one hour half way and move on to someone else while another stylist would braid the rest down. No matter how many times we will bring up for one stylist to do the job, nothing was done. They didn't listen and just kept trading off. The place itself is really messing and is dirty. The bathroom had wet hair on the floor, water thrown all over the place, sink had hair tools, and no paper towels. The stylists were arguing with each other. If you decide to go here just be ready to spend all day there unless you have a stylist who is there to do her job, people who came in after me was
