Floyd's 99 Barbershop

I've had my last five haircuts done by Brenna, she's so good at it. She's done it exactly how I want it every time. I recently moved to US and I've had Brenna cut my hair every time, I don't think I'll change that.

0 stars. Never coming back. I booked an appointment with Karlo after the receptionist went on and on about how great he was, especially for the cut I wanted. I thought I was in good hands, but wow, was I wrong. I got there on time, but he was still finishing up with someone else, so I had to wait. Fine, I get it, no big deal. But when he finally got to me, he was kind of rude and barely acknowledged what I wanted. I showed him a reference picture, and he barely looked at it before saying he could do it. When he finished, I looked in the mirror and just… wow. It was nothing like the picture, and honestly, it was just bad. I was pretty upset, so I went up to the cashier and told her how disappointed I was. She offered to have him fix it, but I didn’t want him anywhere near my hair at that

I just moved to America and have tried many barbers, but none were as kind and attentive as this place. Brenna, the lady who cut my hair, was incredibly patient and understanding even though my English isn’t very good. Thank you so much for your kindness! The haircut was terrible. The master is a beginner, it was necessary to make a simple men’s haircut to remove a little on the side. Something terrible came out of it. The master’s hands are shaking and he doesn’t know what to do.
