I signed up for an hour long ‘sport massage’ with Lissette and had a great experience! This was my first visit to Flow Wellness and will not be the last. I had a lot of tightness/tenderness in my neck and shoulder due to the nature of my job and I left my appointment feeling so much better!! I’m someone who likes a lot of pressure/ deep tissue style and Lissette did an amazing job. Thank you ◡̈

Arianna was my masseuse and she helped me with some awful pain in my upper back, in 60 minutes she took the time necessary to work on my back and still had enough time to do the rest of my body. They have a warming bed and other little nice touches like warm towels and scented oils. I'm definitely going back! Thank you so much!

I tried Ariana For the first time:) Definitely coming back to her… Amazing energy, super positive From the minute I walked in. Her smile was so Welcoming and professional. Love this cozy little Gem. The spa is so warm and inviting the moment you walk in! I had a HydraFacial with Ariana, and it was such a relaxing experience. She was gentle, professional, and really took her time to make sure I was comfortable. My skin felt so fresh, hydrated, and super glowy after! Highly recommend if you’re looking to treat yourself 😊

Flow Wellness is truly a GEM! I’ve been coming here for years, and Lissette is hands down the best masseuse I’ve ever had. She has an incredible ability to find and relieve tension, leaving me feeling completely refreshed every time. The space is always spotless, calming, and welcoming…you feel at ease the moment you walk in. Whether you’re looking for deep tissue work or just a relaxing escape in Kendall, Flow Wellness is the perfect place. Highly recommend! I wish I could give more than 5 stars.
