I’ve been coming to Flex-I for years and I can honestly say I’ve never had a bad set. I found my forever nail tech here. Cam always takes such great care of me and consistently does an amazing job, she’s so kind and will always work with you for whatever you want, and will tell you whatever is best for your nails. The energy in the salon is always so good and everyone is genuinely friendly and welcoming. EVERY tech here is highly experienced and talented. I’ve seen many amazing sets from my time here. I recently got my boyfriend to start coming with me and Mariana takes great care of him and his nails too. He loves it. You can really tell that everyone here cares about their clients. I would highly recommend Flex-I to anyone looking for great nails and an overall great experience.

I’ve been coming here for years and getting my nails done by Eman! I usually just do a solid color but Eman always picks out great colors that match my skin! The nails themself always come out how i want them and the energy of the salon is always a fun one! I recommend trying it out! :)

The vibes are always immaculate there. I always get Gel-X and my sets last so long. The designs are mind blowing. I don’t know how Bianca does it, she keeps a great attitude and energy, and has remarkable talent. I always leave so happy and people are constantly stopping me to look at my nails. I’m so excited to go back for my next set. This last one lasted me 5 weeks.

I have been coming here on and off for a couple years now and sometimes I love my nails but the most recent set I received I was extremely underwhelming and I felt like the nail tech was just rushing through my service so she could get back in the rotation for the next client and I was trying to be not a bother because my original girl had a family emergency so I got a new tech (who I’ve had before) and didn’t like the nails she did in the past but I didn’t ask to switch because I was afraid to speak up and left with nails I didn’t really like and she look peeved when I asked her to file them down more and make them not so thick. I wanted to speak up more but felt as if I was silently being judged. All I asked for was black acrylics and they do not look like they were worth the price I pai

I recently visited Flexi Nails & Spa with my 15-year-old daughter for her birthday nails, and we had an exceptional experience with Lily! From the moment we arrived, Lily was incredibly attentive and made sure to explain everything thoroughly. She was so easy-going and patient with my teenager, which made the entire experience enjoyable. The salon’s location was convenient, and Lily’s station was spotlessly clean. I highly recommend Lily for anyone looking for excellent service and a great experience at Flexi Nails & Spa!
