Extremely Disappointing Experience I had been wanting to try this place for a while since it was very popular back in early 2021. I recently saw they were running a 40% off February promotion, so I decided to call and book for next week. When I called, I explained that I had another appointment at 5:30 PM and asked if there was a time that would allow me to make both. The receptionist offered me 4:30 PM and confirmed the treatments would take about 45 minutes. That timing worked, so I agreed. I rushed from my hair appointment, went home quickly to change, and arrived at 4:17 PM for my 4:30 PM appointment. I signed in (wrote 4:30 on the sheet), completed all paperwork, and by 4:36 PM I was still waiting for the nurse to take me back. I reminded the front desk that I had a 5:30 commitment

Always a great experience at this place. I’ve been coming here for a few years now to get my neck and upper back area lasered. I used to suffer from constant ingrown hairs, and Mel told me laser would fix it, and she was absolutely right. After just the first session with the amazing Marisabel, all the razor bumps were gone within a week, and I haven’t had any ingrowns since.
