Flamingo Tan

I canceled my membership last month. They still took the membership fee this month. When I called to settle this matter, I’m not getting a timely manner response. They are telling me it could take weeks for the owner to respond. That is ridiculous. I own a business. When there is a problem, I take care of it now!!! That is customer service. This is unacceptable and I don’t recommend doing a membership with them. Very upset about this!!!

This place is so cool. It's hard to believe that you're getting a tan there. Logan signed me up but I've got to say the one that has been the most service has been Bailey. She's just fun. Good person to talk to and she gets you in as soon as you can. I like this place

Really disappointed in this business. Service is terrible when you actually need service. Beds are broken regularly. Today, I called to get a specific bed that I love and there’s only 1. They said no one’s here no problem come on in (I was running very short on time). I arrive exactly when I said I would my desired bed was in use and had 8 minutes still remaining. The replacement I’m okay with was broken. So I asked them to upgrade me to the available bed (level 4) which were both open, and given the situation (level 4 is not in budget for me, I can afford level 3). They refused said I could only do level 2, which I’ve tried before and really don’t care for. Complete waste of my time. They could have called me back after I got off the phone with them and saved me a trip. But they didn’t,

You know there was a time when I really loved this business and this location but I have a package and I came into the Miller Lane location at 850 which I understand is cutting it close but I was told that they had taken their last customer for the night when they're still 10 minutes left to go in business hours as posted on their front window. We only tan me and my wife for about 8 minutes so we could have been in and out before they even closed their doors at 9:00. But because of poor customer service I'm disappointed

I came in on July 6th for a spray tan, and I wish I would have got their names, but it was the 2 girls working 4-5 (time I was there) and they were the most sweetest helpful girls. Made my experience a lot less stressful and talked me through everything I needed to know! I will most definitely be back!
