Exceptional service from start to finish! I recently walked past FLAIRE NAILS on East 62nd Street on my way to drop off shoes at the cobbler and decided to give the salon a try. I am so glad I did — it turned out to be one of the best nail experiences I’ve had in a very long time. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the kindest, most thoughtful women. They asked about my needs and genuinely cared about making me comfortable. I started with a spa pedicure that was absolutely AMAZING — relaxing, thorough, and without any push to upsell me on extra services (such a relief!). The technician took her time trimming my cuticles, smoothing away calluses, and then treated me to one of the most soothing foot and leg massages I’ve ever had. I thought this place was great at first but after just 3 days of my UV gel manicure I’ve noticed how terrible it is. Junky looking. Poor work. And looks disgusting on the sides because it’s uneven and clearly doesn’t know how to do a UV gel manicure. It wouldn’t be like this on the sides and on top of my cuticle? Pedicure also looks terrible and that’s what I get for trying to go to a more affordable place for UV gel & pedicure. Hate to leave bad reviews but save your money- not worth hating your nails

Flaire Nails was such a great experience all around- definitely would recommend anyone looking for a new place to start coming here! The pedicure was top notch, the nail artists are so nice, really listen to your requests, and are extremely precise and efficient. I wanted to do a chrome look with powder gel base and they made it happen expertly. My nails came out even better than the inspo pic I showed them. You can tell they really care about their customers here and are genuine people, hard to find nowadays but so glad I did! Can’t wait to go back

I came here to try it out around 6:25pm for the first time based on reviews I read here. I went inside and spoke to manicurist on what I wanted. I said “I’ll do it” and sat down. For coming in at this time and it was quiet, I was pleased. Fong gave me the best first impression with her technic. I treated myself to French gel manicure, which I do love the classy style in the Malaga nail color slight dark tint in my natural nail shape; square round. The price was fair and the service throughout was well worth it - the massages are icing on the cake. This was truly the best first pick for a spot in the city and so happy with the results. Flaire Nails is such a quaint, yet sweet and calming establishment. This is just what I needed for my Thursday evening. Thank you Fong for being nice and
