First Nails

Absolutely loved my nails! My little sister and I went to 5 salons before finding 1st Nails! Our artist was very kind and open to our suggestions!😊

I called to make an appointment at 12:17 today for 2 pedicures for 1:30pm. When we arrived at 1:28 and walked in we were treated beyond disrespectful. Saying I was wrong I didn’t call there and ask for 2 pedicures. That Jennifer had called. Never once did he ask my name on the phone, said “have you been here” I have been about 6 months ago 1 time. He then kept saying you're wrong and we left. Then proceeded to call and call until I had to block the number as I was receiving services across the bridge at a lovely, cleanly establishment. I suggest going to iris nails for much better customer service. Sincerely sir you lost a customer today and earned a bad reputation from me and anyone I recommend to get their nails done. I hope you readdress how you handle business. Absolutely disappointin

The sweetest married couple own it and they do a fantastic job in my nails. They are VERY reasonably priced and I can go almost a month without getting a fill. Glad I finally found my go to place near home.

Ok nails. Worker said they’ve been here since 1995 and I think all the equipment and knowledge is from way back then too. Good prices but very outdated look inside. Only 3 workers total, so don’t bring your friends. Nice worker, good conversation but I won’t be back. I can get way better nails at any other nail place around. Feel bad for a negative review but I don’t care for the nails. Gel polish is sticky/not dry when I left. Sloppy paint job.

Very conscientious of cleanliness. They created my own kit with everything they would use on me so there is no possibility of someone elses problems becoming mine. I recommend the husband for nails and the wife for pedicures, in my experience that has proven to be the best results. Always pleasant and friendly. When I want my nails done or a pedicure I go no where else, why mess with perfection?
