First Impressions

No one on-site when I arrived for my appt (2 minutes before opening). No sign on the building, so just had to trust street address was the right door. Person arrived 3 mins later, but it's not the person scheduled to do my service. There are 2 appts scheduled for opening and neither of the stylists are here for them. She doesn't know when they'll arrive, so I canceled and left. There's no way to be ready to open if you arrive at opening, and no way to be ready for an appt if you arrive at or AFTER your client. Would give 0 stars if I could. Their rating may not be legitimate clients providing reviews.

The sisters at first impressions are absolutely awesome! They made me feel at home and did an amazing job on my hair!! Everyone in the salon had a helping hand. They always take care of my son too and gives him exactly what he wants. We always walk out with a smile on our face and feel great when we leave. The prices are great too! It's taken me along time to find a salon that fits all my needs. This is definitely the salon and experience you want when getting your hair done.

I absolutely loved the experience here!! It was my first time getting highlights (or doing anything to my hair for that fact) and Charlotte did such an amazing job! She also keeps you feeling a part of the whole process and it’s never boring :) definitely will come back here next time I need something done <3

I Love Charlotte and Charlene, they are so nice and easy to talk to. My hair has always come out great. They always work me in and My son has started getting his hair cut too. They also cut my Moms hair, so they can take carebof the entire family. Absolutely recommended 5 stars

I moved to Florence in the fall of 2021. Since then I have been to five different salons trying to find someone that could do simple highlights. So far I haven’t had success anywhere, but today was the day! I finally found someone who did an excellent job! Ashley was not only able to correct the issues that I was having with color, she knew how to pull the highlights to a different shade than what we started with. She is definitely a skilled colorist that I would expect to find at a very high end spa! My highest recommendation!
