I’ve been at Firmspace Austin since January 2025, and my experience has been excellent. Keely and Jessi at the front desk are absolutely wonderful — they communicate clearly, promptly notify us when guests arrive in the lobby, and keep us informed about package deliveries. They also do a great job sharing updates about special events hosted in the building, which is a nice added touch. The building and our floor are consistently clean and well maintained. The on-site gym is another big plus — it’s always clean, equipped with modern, up-to-date equipment, and easy to access. Overall, Firmspace offers a very professional environment with great privacy, making it an ideal workspace for focused work and hosting guests. Occasionally, I like checking into coworking spaces to get a different change in environment for the day. Firmspace Austin downtown hosted a special event where several private office spaces were available to check out. Our team occupied temporary offices at Firmspace for several months while finalizing our permanent suite in downtown Austin. The experience proved consistently professional, flexible, and well-executed – ideal for a growing organization in transition. We toured 3 temporary offices in the area and Firmspace was by far the most professional and elegant of the three. From Day 1, the Firmspace team extended a warm and genuine welcome, setting a collaborative tone that carried throughout our stay.
