Firm Foundation Massage Therapy

I just had my first visit to Firm Foundation massage today. I did the therapeutic massage with Jocelyn. I'm a pickleball player, so I have Achilles, knee, and elbow issues. Jocelyn worked the trigger areas for a good amount of time. After I recover from the deep tissue, I'm going to look forward to killing it on the courts again soon. :-)

Jocelyn is a truly gifted body worker. She listens, cares and knows her stuff! Also she is super strong and helped me sleep without neck pain. Thank you for what you do!!

I really look forward to my monthly massage! It truly feels like one of the best investments I've ever made for myself. It's made a huge difference in easing my headaches and the tingling and numbness in my hands. I wholeheartedly recommend her!

Jocelyn is very professional and very accurate in pinpointing where pressure needs applied to got your muscles to release. She is also very friendly and such a sweet person that triply tries to connect with you on a personal level to help with your treatment.

Jocelyn is amazing at what she does. The ambiance is cozy and relaxing. She is easy to talk to and asks about the areas you want to work on for that session. She is very thorough and able to identify and treat those areas on your body which are in pain or tight. I look forward to each session and how refreshed I feel afterward.
