Finesse Salon

Today was my first experience at Finesse and I am totally impressed. Chelsee is a very efficient and competent professional. My service was a Brazilian Blowout which I had never done before….Chelsee kept me informed of the what and why’s of each step which I appreciated. Great salon and great people = an all around good experience!

I can’t say enough amazing things about Dawn! Not only is she incredibly talented, but she truly listens to what I want and makes sure I leave feeling confident and beautiful. Whether it’s been a fresh cut, color change, balayage, or permanent makeup, she always delivers perfection for me. Plus, her warm personality makes every appointment feel like catching up with a friend. If you’re looking for a stylist who is skilled, professional, and genuinely cares about her clients, Dawn is the one! Chelsea and Lisa are incredibly professional, sweet, personable and fun ladies there too! The salon’s quaint, charming and warm atmosphere set the tone for a relaxing pampering mood too! So Dawn has cut my hair for 18 years now. I am not exaggerating. She and her team at finesse are simply the best! Not only do I feel known and loved, my hair is healthy and cut exactly how I like it. Even with curly hair which can be a challenge Dawn ALWAYS makes sure it’s good! I recently got my hair colored for the first time and I couldn’t be happier with it. I’ve lived out of state over the years, but I still don’t let anyone else cut my hair. You will not regret going to this salon! An amazing owner, talented stylists and kind service through and through ❤️

Finesse is by far the best salon I’ve been to in Colorado Springs. Not only to they offer exceptional service and make sure that their guests are well taken care of, but they go above and beyond in the chair. Chelsee is AMAZING at color and truly knows what she’s doing! She communicated everything she was doing at every step, and helped me achieve my ideal hair goals. I cannot emphasize enough on how amazing of a job she did! This salon has some of the best staff, company, and results. Do yourself a favor and book as soon as you can! ❤️
