Finally found a place for my business and I can say this building has all the things I've been looking for. Good conditions and it has good space. I also met some friendly tenants. Dealing with the staff was great and they were very professional. Acquiring a space was a smooth process.

As a counselor, I was looking for an office space that would be a perfect fit for my work. This place was recommended by a friend and after I checked this place, I can say that it's a great building. The condition was amazing and well-built. So many great features and has a nice ambiance. One thing I liked too was the area that has great access to Tri-Met train and bus routes, and several restaurants across the street.

Fine Arts Building is a historic building, 112 years of age,

Possibly the rudest small minded stuck upbuildings manager in existence. If you like to be condemned and judged you should definitely rent a space here. I can't believe people like this still exsist. Speechless. Explains why half their spaces became available all at once.

Historic building that was originally a hotel, now it is small businesses such as massage therapists and counselors. No public restrooms.
