I'm a former State and Federal Grant Writer, grant teacher, public figure, and grant educator. I have always make sure my hair is on point, because I speak to thousands of people at conferences all over the country. As a new customer of Final Touch Beauty Salon, the owner Carlene Henry really took great care of my hair, by getting it healthy, trimming the ends, and keeping me looking oh so good. The entire salon makes you feel welcome, they greet you with a smile, the hairstylists offer a variety of hair salon services, and the entire staff is very professional. Carlene Henry always has a smile on her face, she ask you the customer what do you want, how round you like to see your hair done today, she delivers, and again I left looking "FABOULOUS!!!" Don’t go this place to do your hair! I went to have my hair done! It was the worst day ever wasted! I called to get a sewing.The owner provided a stylist, I’ll post her Instagram… The stylist braid my hair down. Worst braid down ever! While she was sewing my bundles, the needle was sticking me in my scalp and I told her. She didn’t care! she’d repeated sewing the same hair like three times! Make it squeeze my scalp until it start to soar. I had to stop her in the middle of the sew-in. I had her remove the bundles! I am so upset. Because, the service was very unprofessional! BECAREFUL WHO YOU LET DO YOUR HAIR! I was still charge $80.00
