Filament Hair Salon

This haircut was a mess. I asked for face framing and long layers. I tried telling my stylist multiple times that I wanted my hair blended more. They were really unreceptive. They had a client waiting in the other chair so I believe they were trying to rush. I wasn’t a walk-in. My appointment was prescheduled. They told me it is as blended as they can get it without cutting the shorter part shorter (?) and that it was the fault of my last hairdresser (it wasn’t). They then told me to basically sleep on it and that I can come back next week to have it retrimmed per their policy if I still didn’t like it. My hair looks crazy and I don’t trust their judgement or skill set to return. By far the worst haircut I have ever received. Update: No response from my discount/refund request. Got my hai

I love this salon, and Alex has a gift! I've been coming here exclusively for 10 years and have loved each of my haircuts- short, long, layers, shag, bangs, you name it. The hair truly looks great as it grows out. I've experienced care, effort, and great curls here. I recommend this place to all the curly girls I know.

Amazing experience! I first discovered this salon after I cut my own hair into a mess, and my hairstylist fixed it to perfection exactly how I needed it!! I’ve now visited this salon three times and it has officially become the salon I will stay loyal to.

Walked out looking exactly the same as when I walked in. The stylist did not listen to me and did not give me what I asked for. When she was sweeping up the hair from the floor it was barely anything. Just because a salon combs through chats and recommends themselves doesn’t mean they know what they are doing. Inside decor is dark and depressing and even includes a dead plant to match the mood. I am not kidding. Don’t waste your money.

Almost got a haircut here but end up cancelling my appointment prior. Just want to say the work seems amazing & I was so excited to start my natural hair journey and get a haircut! But the front desk lady honestly was so uninviting, fast, and kindve rude 😭😭😭😭 it gave very much rushed and quickly booking the appointment with little to no room to talk about stylists who to choose from and really just any information. That really could go a long way! & I am hoping you guys take this feedback because it just wasn’t a warm and inviting process to the point where I just decided to cancel my appointment.
