The owner is always pleasant the atmosphere is also pleasant. I have been getting my braids done with her for many years and not once have I had a bad experience. She will also give advice if she thinks that a certain style will not work with your hair texture.
She was supposed to give me box braids very expensive and she didnt give me box braids I dont know whats on my head. I also seen a couple bugs 1 crawled on me. She was also very rude. Talked about me and my family in another language.
Worst Experience Very Slow. When Upset speaks in her language just rude all around unprofessional.
I get my hair braided there and the stylist/braider is always very professional. I've been there numerous of times and each and time, I am pleased with my hair.
Bad attitudes and smart mouth I would not recommend to nobody and her work is trash
