From the moment I walked into Feral, I felt comfortable. Some salons can be overwhelming and overstimulating, but not this one. It’s smaller than any salons I’ve been to, which made me feel truly valued as a customer (and not just a number). The decor and plants were also on point. I had an appointment with Amanda, who is an absolute delight of a human. I gave her some ideas of my vision and she went above and beyond to turn that into a reality. I got a trim, had my highlights touched up, and even got some fun color! It’s been two months and the purple is still pretty vibrant! I love love love that she toned down my highlights and made them more coppery than blonde – it definitely suits me better. I want to start off by saying I really hate to leave a negative review bc I dont like confrontation. It was my first time going to this hair salon and when I originally booked on the phone I asked them to book me with someone who was good with curly hair. They then said they would book me with Frixie since she was a “curly hair specialist”. I was really excited at first and I will say Frixie is a really sweet girl and very personable, I just don’t think she should promote herself as a “curly hair specialist” because after leaving my appointment I noticed some major issues with my haircut. I told her I wanted a small trim and to even out my layers. What I ended up getting was too much length cut off and a frizzy blow dry that wasn’t straight. I visited Florida for the first time and had my hair done at Feral Salon. Olivia was my stylist, and she was absolutely fantastic. She made me feel comfortable and confident that I was in good hands. I really love my hair, she did an amazing job. I also had a facial done by Kaylen while i was there. She made me feel very relaxed and calm. My skin looks and feels so good!!!

Showed up without an appointment just for a really quick scissor trim and neck clean up, and Diana took AMAZING care of me. Not only did she accommodate me, but we had a blast chatting and getting to know each other a bit! Super relaxed vibe in here, felt completely welcome from the start. I will be back and highly recommend!
