Art of Massage

Amanda just hired a new massage therapist, Maggie, and she is terrific! She made my hands and feet feel so much better, worked out some shoulder stress, and is simply great. I recommend her whole-heartedly, for pain, stress-reduction, or specific body areas or functional challenges. She’s a good one! Lucky to have found her.

Welcoming and Knowledgeable I felt immediately at ease and within minutes I knew that Leta was a true healer. She was able to asses my structural flaws and create a treatment plan to ease an overly tight psoas and strengthen a weak ankle. I felt relief and walked more fluidly after one session. After two, I began to feel more strength in my legs and was totally pain free. I will continue with Leta to maintain overall wellness and highly recommend her to anyone for muscle maintenance and overall body wellness.

I have been coming to Leta since about 2013 and she has provided the best structural massages I have ever had!! I came to her with shoulder and lower back issues that I've had for almost 11 years now, and I'm definitely seeing an improvement in my pain levels! Leta and her staff are super kind and accommodating while also providing a calm and relaxing atmosphere.

This review is long overdue. I think I have been coming to AOM for the past year and a half. I do not think I have checked in every- but if I had it would have been many check ins.... I have scoliosis and try to manage it through exercise, massage therapy and chiropractic care. I am not sure 5 stars is truly reflective on how Leta has changed my life. I realize I am a part of it, but I would consider her part of my care team. I tend to go every 3ish weeks for a pain massage to work on muscles that get pulled in the wrong places with my crookedness. Leta is an excellent listener, has come up with some creative solutions, suggested some ideas and offered relief when I have needed it. I have not ever left and thought- well, there's no improvement. Love Leta! I've had chronic neck and upper back pain for over 10 years and since experiencing the magic of Leta I am feeling significant relief. She has succeeded after other practitioners and therapies have not...... I can sleep comfortably again! Leta always checks my posture to see what shape I'm in (I was quite crooked in the beginning) and has developed treatment plan tailored to my needs and concerns.
