After going through MULTIPLE makeup and hair trials and having some not so great services Femme Akoi stepped UP. From the communication in scheduling to talking with the artists I worked with they did not miss a single beat. My trial was thoughtful and they made sure to note everything I had expressed concern over with my past experiences. Aliyah was my artist for hair (she also does makeup and is great) and she listened, she was detailed, on time, kind, easy to talk to, and when extra things were talking about being added she gave me her honest opinion and ended up saving me $200! Femme Akoi was the perfect choice for hair and makeup for my bridesmaids and I to all feel so beautiful on our wedding day! I initially had a trial with Maddie and she made me feel so comfortable and beautiful I knew this would be the company I chose! Since I lived out of town and had my trial over a year in advance, I knew I would probably not get Maddie for my actual wedding but from Femme Akoi’s Instagram and reviews I knew any artist I got would do an amazing job. Having heard great things about Femme Akoi from my college roommate who manages a Bridal Salon in Tampa AND a close friend of our booked them for her wedding hair/makeup- this was a no brainer for me! I was so pleased with the communication and flexibility that Femme Akoi offered. Ana (the queen) did mine and my bridesmaids makeup, while Lana (also a queen) did our hair. All the girls were so beautiful- can't believe my friends are that hot. I was so happy (obviously) with my wedding day hair and makeup- it was exactly what I asked for, yet I also gave them my full trust as the professionals for what they felt would compliment me the best. Ana was absolutely incredible! I know that the perfect glam waves are no easy feat, but she completely nailed it. I’ve added two photos taken over six hours apart, and you can’t tell at all — my hair and makeup held up flawlessly the entire day. I received so many compliments and really felt like a beautiful bride. Ana’s attention to detail and calm, professional energy made the morning so enjoyable. I also want to give a shoutout to Aliyah and Monica, who did an amazing job on my bridesmaids and the moms. I hired Femme Akoi to do mine (bride) and my bridesmaids hair and makeup for my wedding day in Clearwater Beach, FL. They were absolutely AMAZING. Ana and Haleigh were the absolute best and I highlyyyy recommend them/this company for all your makeup and hair needs.
