Heather has magic hands! Every time I’ve left a session I feel so much relief throughout my body. I’ve had 4 or 5 of the 60 minute signature massages and when I have pain in a particular area she is happy to focus our time in that spot and on the days I want a full body she works just as focused throughout each area as well. She gave me tips on stretching at home for an issue I was having in my lower back and even a great recommendation on shoes that would help my feet feel better. I can’t say enough great things about Heather. I booked a 60-minute massage and added 15 minutes in the sauna, and honestly — it was the best massage I’ve ever had. She was incredibly attentive, relaxing, and professional. I left feeling lighter, calmer, and completely refreshed. Highly recommend!

I loved my experience!! I did an hour massage and 30 minute halo sauna. It was relaxing and refreshing. I was sick the week before so I was a little congested but the halo salt cleared me right up I was able to breathe in through my nose! Heather was amazing!! So I first looked into Heather a few months ago when I was having a lot of neck tension and I read about her meditative massages, I was a little hesitant at first but I made a promise to myself to be more open to things of a spiritual nature so after the open house at Elevated salon I booked my first session. And let me tell you it was transformative. Heather has the perfect balance between healing the soul and the body. I walked away feeling younger and lighter than I have in a long time. Heather is an awesome massage therapist, and also very easy to talk to and feel comfortable around. She has a unique ability to connect with her clients. She asks great questions and is willing to give guidance and support. She was a great listener as well and was able to ease specific painful areas I’ve been experiencing with my body.
