Fatou Hair Braiding

I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received during my recent visit. Unfortunately, the stylist was unable to create the style that was shown to them, and the end result left my hair severely mishandled. The outcome was far from what I expected — my hair was poorly braided, and I felt embarrassed to show it afterward. This experience left me not only dissatisfied but also feeling that both my time and money were wasted. I value professionalism and quality when seeking salon services, and this visit fell short of those standards. I hope you take this feedback seriously and address the issues to prevent similar experiences for future clients.

I’d prefer if she declined the service instead of telling me she was able to do a style that she could not do. I paid for the service but I am not happy with how my hair came out. It’s insane to spend over $200 on something I don’t even like.

I always go here feeling anxious but Fatou has a way about talking me down. I started my locs here and they turned out amazing (honestly didn’t like them at first). Came back for a re-tie scheduled my appointment for the same day and received great service. I got a chance to study & get my hair done, win win. I will be going back.

Unfortunately, just calling the location to try and obtain pricing on a style was met with rudeness. I do not believe they want business!

The ladies are always so kind and understanding. I have very thick and long 4b/4c hair and my hair dryer broke one time and they did it for me and weren't upset. I absolutely love coming here and my braids always last 💚
