Fati's African Hair Braiding & Design

My first and last experiences at Fati's African Hair Braiding. My crochet braids were very stringy because of the long strings of straight hair left all over my head that were used to create the crochet loop. I went back in a week and paid to have them taken out because I knew if I tried to do it myself, I would probably cut my hair. Well that's what happened when the stylist there took them out and I was not told. I went into the bathroom to pull my hair back in a scunci elastic band and it was so obvious, the stylist could not have missed it. I pointed it out and the conversation went on for a while before I got an apology. I was not offered a refund, discount on next service or anything. I didn't ask, but there is an expectation that one would attempt to satisfy or compensate the custom

I called and an appointment was made right away. The ladies there were professional, sweet, and fast working. I'm very pleased with my hair, and will recommend them to all of my friends and family. The shop was clean, organized, and was open on time.

I have been going for 4 months now and I’m extremely happy with the outcome of my hair! They are very professional and do an exceptional job!
