FATIMA HAIR & BRAIDS

Got my hair done the Friday before Mother's day and I couldn't be happier! There was a little bit of a wait for my stylist but I can honestly say it was well worth the wait! The ladies were all extremely sweet, polite and very professional!!! Great prices, great shop ( very clean and comfortable)! If you need your hair snatched, definitely go to Fatima's!!! Definitely will be going back when it's time to re-up 😁😄

I've been going to Fatima for almost 2 years now and I love her!! She is personable and professional. If there is a conflict she is flexible and does what she can to accommodate the client. Sometimes the response to messages can be delayed, however she typically does respond that day or within a few hours. The shop is always clean and I'm usually done within a timely manner.

The most unprofessional bunch I ever "worked" with. I set up an appointment and when I came, Fatima went to Costco because I was a couple minutes late. When I set another appointment, Fatima decided to cancel at the last second claiming she has a doctor's appointment. So okay fine, I understand over stepping and forgetting you had an appointment elsewhere but when I asked her for a new appointment, she flat out ignored me! I tried getting in contact with her multiple times but nothing. I'm sorry I was a few minutes late, oh great and powerful Fatima, but I thought you'd be more professional towards your customers. Fatima just lost a potential customer and I hope others will read this and take heed.

1st let me say Fatima is very good at braiding. I’ve been satisfied with my hair when she does it. BUT, there is some kind of bs every time. She is terribly unprofessional. I didn’t do a review the first time but she was late. This time she was a whole hour late. She called to see if I was there and had another braider tell me she was on her way after she was about 20-30 min late already. Never bothered to call me ahead to say she was running late which would have been the professional thing to do. After about 30-40 min she texted me that she was almost there. Which let me know she had the capability to let me know she was running late but just didn’t. She arrived about 50 min after my appointment time and then walked around doing other things for about another 10-15 min. There was

Best experience I have ever had while getting my hair braided. Fatima and her family are so down to earth, very patient, flexible and make you feel so welcome and comfortable. My braids are perfect, exactly how I wanted them and the best African braids I ever had. Her establishment is very clean and every one is very nice. You are included in the conversation and feel like you are family. Pricing was perfect for what I asked for and the quality is exceptional. I will never go to any other African braider. Best part is I don’t have to worry about my hair ripping out. ❤️
