FATIMA AFRICAN HAIR BRAIDING

I love love loveeee Fatimas African hair braiding salon. Very polite and clean environment! I’ve been going getting my hair braided or twisted at her shop for almost 3 years now ! I’m always satisfied with my hair every time I go ! She never disappoints! Also I forgot how fast she gets you in and out I’m never there over 5 hours tops getting a head full of twist or braids!

I was very disappointed in the professional experience with her,,She booked me at 3:30 I was there at 3:28 the doors were locked and she was not there I called her she told me she was 5 to 10 minutes away did not come until about 25 minutes later then still had me sitting in the chair until about 4:30 before she even started then she asked me if she could leave and go pick her kids up and she was gone for an hour and sent somebody else to start my hair then she comes back finishes the top braiding part leaves again and was gone for 45 minutes then I had to call her to come back and she hung up on me then she come back and finish my hair to be done by 9:15 and only gave me a $10 discount. I'm never going back

I have been coming to this salon for a while. I called ahead of coming (2 days prior) to schedule my appointment. We agreed for 10AM. Originally I asked for box braids small boho providing my own hair they said 190. When I arrived I said I misspoke on the phone I meant knotless small but I still had my own hair. They told me that I would have to wait, which I said was fine because that was my fault. I arrived at 10 they began working on my hair at 11. Again, this was fine because I misspoke. Around 1PM they had a walk-in client come in wanting to get their hair done. The only knotless hair braider then left my head to go do Fulani braids on a walk in leaving me sitting until 3:40PM. I had spoken up multiple times seeing I was the person in the salon who had been here the longest at this po

I really think their prices are very reasonable for the work they do! I love my braids and they are the best done that I have had in a while. I did want them long and small so it took about 6 hours in the chair from start to finish but I think that is very fast considering I’ve had larger that took double the time! They were very nice and efficient and I will definitely be going back for take down just to get them put right back up.

I honestly should have read the reviews beforehand, I asked for Dutch braids and for some odd reason I ended up with whatever these braids were!!! They came off as soon as I left the shop+ they are very uneven and overall nothing like the photo I had shown them!!! I felt as if it was rushed to get quick money. Overall I would not recommend this place to any male/female whom are looking for braids.👎👎👎
