Fast Eddie's

(The “blowout” in question is pictured below) Unfortunately my first experience here will be my last. My two friends and I called and made an appointment at 11 for three basic blowouts, and were told they could start two of us at 11, and the third person after one of us was finished. Additionally, we were told basic blowouts start at $15, and typically averaged $25 WITH a wash. We arrived at our appointment on time, and weren’t greeted, but instructed to put our names on the sign-in sheet. We were then asked what time our appointment was for, and when we told them 11 the receptionist looked at us confused, and told us they had put us down for 12. Worst hair salon I have ever been to. Extremely long wait. Skipped over on the list. Rude service. All in general a very poorly ran business. I would never recommend it to anyone.

I normally cut my hair at home because my previous experience at salons has never been good. I either dont get what im asking for or the stylist was rude. However, the stylist who cut my hair, Brooke, was awesome. I showed her what I was wanting, explained the issues I was having with my hair as it was and she listened. She was kind, great conversation throughout my hair cut, and she gave me what I was wanting. I will happily reccomend people to go see her for their hair needs. She was absolutely wonderful and I will definitely be returning.

We made an appointment for 11pm however when we got there we were rudely told that we made it for 12 as is we were lying. I understand if it was a miscommunication however the lady at the front desk (short red brown pixi hair) was very unprofessional and rude about the whole situation. Mid conversation she answered a call without saying excuse me and completely cut us off mid sentence answering it. We were shocked. Then when we went to pay for a blowout (no wash and only hairspray) we were charged $45 however it says $25 for a style on the wall and the lady we called to make an appointment with quoted us $25 average. When My friend asked about this the lady rudely said that was the price and oh well. This was after we were there for a total of 2 hours for 3 blowdrys. VERY disappointing. I

I visited yesterday to get some hair tinsel in and Keegan was wonderful! Made me feel very comfortable, even styled my hair so when I walked out I felt like a million bucks! Every time I walk in, the atmosphere is always so welcoming. I'll be coming back most definitely!
