Great experience at Yume head spa! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the women at the front desk and everyone made me feel welcome. Milagro was incredibly sweet and made me feel comfortable and relaxed the entire time. One of the coolest parts was seeing how much buildup was on my scalp before the service compared to after, it was honestly crazy to see the difference. The treatment was amazing, and my scalp felt clean and refreshed. I would highly recommend the head spa to anyone looking to relax and give their scalp some much-needed care. I will definitely be back!!

I had a mixed experience here. My stylist, Emily, was absolutely wonderful professional, kind, and truly a doll. She did a beautiful job with my hair extensions and took the time to explain that the extensions are priced for the overall look rather than the exact quantity used, and that any leftover hair remains with the salon. However, my interaction with the manager, Britney, was disappointing. I paid about $950 total for the service, with $475 for the extensions themselves, so I simply wanted to speak with the manager to better understand the policy. I wasn’t expecting a different answer than what Emily explained just some clarification. Unfortunately, the conversation felt dismissive and I left feeling spoken down to. I highly recommend seeing Desiree for a massage treatment. I booked the “Stress Eliminator” massage which was combined deep tissue and hot stone. Desiree literally was able to find every inch of where my tension was and most specifically treated my neck. It is not often you receive a massage tailored specially to your needs. It was everything I needed and I will definitely be booking with Desiree again…. Soon!

I had the most incredible Head Spa experience today at Depasquale The Spa with Maria Alejandra, and I am still in awe. From the moment the service began, it felt elevated, intentional, and deeply relaxing. Her pressure is absolutely perfect!, firm, controlled, and therapeutic without ever feeling overwhelming. That was the best hour I have spent in years to be honest! every step felt purposeful and luxurious. I’ve had amazing facials before, but this Head Spa experience was truly next level. I left feeling lighter, relaxed, and completely reset. Seeing my scalp before the treatment and after was completely shocking and I am wondering how I wasn’t aware of how much dead skin and accumulation of product I had. Desiree was a hidden gem amongst the multitude of available therapists. I had an 80 min European Massage. Desiree had miracle hands. She was amazing, especially being ever so careful with my frozen shoulder. I can’t wait for my next appointment. Thank you Desiree!
